Who are Ibo & Marlies?

Before we made this dream come true, we worked for years in the Dutch business world.

Ibo followed secondary and higher education in Tourism and Recreation. After his training, he worked for years at various companies in catering and leisure accommodation. Eventually, he pursued his career in commercial B2B. But the call to start his own business in catering and leisure accommodation remained.

When the Belgian Marlies met Ibo, it quickly became clear that their love for each other was great, but so was the distance. After just 7 months, she quit her job as a sports journalist at 'Het Laatste Nieuws' and emigrated to the Netherlands. In the years that followed, Marlies worked very successfully as a Recruiter and HR Consultant for various clients. Marlies has a strong focus on people, connection, and personal attention. Properties that now come in handy again.

We take our work and life experiences with us in our daily work as hosts. Our guests should lack nothing. That is our top priority!
