Reservations can only be made in writing and must be requested personally by the guest via the provider's website or one of the affiliated booking channels.

After confirmation, cancellation is still possible in accordance with the cancellation conditions as stated on the website and in the general terms and conditions.

In case of theft, damage or loss of items in or around the accommodation, the management reserves the right to charge the guest for the full costs of repair, replacement or cleaning.
