Cancellation conditions

The provisions of the general terms and conditions apply to cancellation of the agreement. Without prejudice to the remaining provisions of the general terms and conditions, the following applies:

Cancellation by the tenant/client is possible free of charge until more than fourteen (14) days before the agreed arrival date.

In case of cancellation between fourteen (14) and eight (8) days before the arrival date, the tenant/client is liable for fifty percent (50%) of the agreed booking price, in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

If cancellation takes place within seven (7) days before the arrival date, the tenant/client is liable for one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed booking price, as further specified in the general terms and conditions.
