Cancellation conditions

The provisions of the general terms and conditions apply to cancellation of the agreement. Without prejudice to the remaining provisions of the general terms and conditions, the following applies:

Cancellation by the guest is free of charge up to one (1) day before the agreed arrival date.

If the cancellation takes place within one (1) day before the arrival date, the guest is liable for one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed booking price, as further specified in the general terms and conditions.
